Prayer Requests

"Please pray for..."

First Presbyterian Church of Daytona Beach, FL, is people -- people with hopes and dreams, with cares and concerns. People just like you.

There are times in every person's life when a little help is needed. Sometimes, that help can come in the form of a warm welcome. Other times, it's a smile, or a handshake, or a hug. Most times, help comes in the form of four words: "I'll pray for you."

If you -- or someone you know, love, and care about -- needs the kind of help that can only come from prayer, all you need to do is ask! You can do so in several ways:

1. Mention it to the pastor or any church officer before or after each Sunday's service.

2. Use one of the Prayer Request forms that are available in the pews and the narthex at First Presbyterian Church.

3. Call the church office at (386) 253-4581.

4. Send an e-mail to fpcinfo@fpcdaytona.org; be sure to note "Prayer Request" in the "subject" line.

Meanwhile, each Sunday a list of those requesting prayers appears in the Church Bulletin, as well as in the monthly newsletter, the Church Mouse. That way, specific prayers can be said for specific people. But, name or no name, prayer is the answer to a lot of what ails you. Just ask!
