Youth -- Our youth find plenty of activities at the church to keep them busy. Weekly gatherings during the school year include a light supper, games and a message relevant to young people and their lives. The group is comprised of middle and high school students, and they meet every Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. We also join other youth from the Central Florida Presbytery at camps, lock-ins and the annual tubing and camping trip on the crystal clear Ichetucknee River. Fun activities that have included boating, swimming, fishing, miniature golf and movies in previous years continue weekly through the summer. There are camp opportunities as well, check out our upcoming events!

We closed our Kids' Klub Program for the Summer. Thank you for all of you who participated and supported this ministry. There are many other events are happening for children and youth this summer at our church. Check out the list below and call the church for more information!

Kids Klub – All it takes to be a member of this fun Wednesday afternoon group is the permission of a parent or guardian. This diverse bunch of youngsters -- grades pre-kindergarten through 5 -- meets weekly from 3:30 to 5 p.m. to learn about God’s great world and God’s love for them through stories, mime, songs, dance and art/crafts. Some of the children in Kids Klub attend this church and others do not.

Tutoring – Assistance with homework and improving academic skills is provided for students of all ages every Tuesday during the school year at the church from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Several volunteers assist with this service, and most of them have teaching experience and advanced degrees. If this time doesn’t work or additional help is needed, we will make every effort to meet the needs of the student. We also have a computer lab plus a library with quite a few books to read for pleasure or school work. Please call the church office at 253-4581 to arrange a meeting with one of our volunteers.

Children's Craft and Art Camp

Come and be part of our exciting and fun camp where children create cool things and learn more about God's love and their relationship with God!

This camp starts on Wednesday, June 11 through Wednesday, July 30. We will meet every Wednesday afternoon from 2 p.m to 4 p.m. But Girls and Boys rotate each week. This camp is for children who are entering 4th grade through those entering 9th grade.

Annual Ichetucknee River Retreat

Friday thru Sunday, June 6-8, 2008

The Central Florida Presbytery and the Presbyterian Youth Council invites ALL Junior and senior High School Youth groups to a weekend filled with great fellowship, music, tubing, vollayball, a talent show, and fun at the Ichee River Retreat.

Children's Camp Geneva, June 15-19, 2008

"Believe the Unbelievable!"

This is a great opportunity for children to experience and learn more about Jesus as their friend and Savior! As they learn who Jesus is for them, they will begin to see how unbelievable they are and what unbelievable things God can do though them!

Children who copmleted grades 1-5 are eligible to register for this camp. Cost: only $30.00 Scholarships are available!
